Our Program

This is a 20-day program, as it allows you time to absorb and understand all the educational information, takes 20 days break old habits and start new habits. The average weight loss is between 6 to 9 kilos and men can lose up to 12 kilos. The big shifts are in the third week physically and mentally. You will leave glowing with good health ready and excited to embrace your new best life.
My advice is to stay 20 days if you can, as it allows me more time to adjust your macronutrients in your meal plans and you will receive all the information. How often can you step away from your busy life and just focus on yourself, for most this is a once in a lifetime investment.
